Prepare
Registration review
Review requests, accept or reject entries, manage the waitlist, and share partner invitation links. Invitees sign in to confirm.
Build the draw
Draw generation
Generate a single-elimination or Compass draw. First-round Monrad generation remains in beta.
Seed review
Record a seed override and its reason before generating the draw.
Court schedule
Add the courts in use, place matches into time slots, and move them when the order changes.
Run the hall
Live scoring
Record points rally by rally, undo the latest live point, or enter a completed result. Live score delivery remains beta.
Organizer check-in
Mark accepted players as checked in from the organizer view. Self-service kiosk check-in is not live.
Separated responsibilities
Give club administrators, tournament managers, scorers, and assigned officials the access their work requires.
Share the record
Public tournament views
Share the tournament page, match view, and TV board without requiring a spectator account.
Light and dark themes
Choose the paper theme or its ink-dark counterpart, or follow the system preference.
Browser notifications
Browser notification opt-in is not connected in the current web beta.
Responsibility
Give each person the part of the record they need.
Access follows the work. Scoring a match does not require control over entries, draws, or club settings.
Club owners and administrators
Manage the organization, its members, and its tournaments.
Tournament managers
Handle entries, draws, courts, schedules, and the working event record.
Scorers
Record match points without receiving full event-management access.
Assigned officials
Respond to an assignment and submit the score sheet for that match.
Not live
Keep unfinished work out of the tournament plan.
Native apps, browser notification opt-in, and self-service kiosk check-in are not part of the current web beta.
